Shipping

All physical rewards, including letters and swag, will be packed and shipped by me personally from here in Washington.

At this time, I am expecting to ship Letter One mid-January 2026 and then following letters will be sent out the second week of each month.

I will keep you in the loop the entire time through the order and packing process.

I will inspect all orders for damage prior to sending it out and will make sure everything is packaged nicely to give it the best chance to survive the trip.

That said, sometimes our mail carriers are a little rougher than I'd like.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and videos of the damage BEFORE opening the package and reach out to me as soon as possible!

I will send all packages with insurance, but they operate on a tight timeline and need lots of documentation.

Currently, I am only able to ship domestically within the United States due to tariffs and extreme shipping costs. Hopefully by the time Vol. 2 launches in January 2027, Enchanted can go international!
